Nowhere Average Jets
A Lagos-based private aviation brokerage built for Africa. We source, negotiate and manage private jet charters across every major African corridor and the Gulf — with full transparency, institutional precision, and a 2-hour quote guarantee.
Africa Deserves Better Aviation
Private aviation in Africa has historically been underserved — fragmented operator networks, opaque pricing, and brokers with no Africa-specific expertise quoting routes they have never flown. Nowhere Average Jets was built to correct that.
We operate with the institutional rigour of a global brokerage and the market knowledge of a team that understands African aviation corridors, permit timelines, operator strengths, and the specific needs of African UHNW clients, corporate flight departments, and family offices.
Every quote comes with a Price Integrity Report — every cost itemised before you commit. No hidden fees. No surprises on the day of departure.
The goal is simple. Every client should feel that flying privately through NAJ was easier, more transparent, and more professionally handled than any alternative they have encountered.
Simon Osuji — Founder, Nowhere Average JetsThree Non-Negotiables
Price Integrity
Every quote includes a full Price Integrity Report — base charter rate, overflight permits, ground handling, crew costs, and NAJ advisory fee all itemised separately. The number you see is the number you pay. No surprises at confirmation, no hidden surcharges at departure.
Operator Quality
NAJ sources exclusively from ARGUS-certified and Wyvern Wingman-rated operators. We do not place clients on aircraft without verifiable safety certifications. Every operator in our network is vetted against ICAO standards applicable to their jurisdiction of registration.
Complete Discretion
Client details are never shared with operators until a booking is confirmed. Enquiry details are never shared with third parties under any circumstances. NAJ operates on the same discretion standard expected of private bankers and family office advisors.
Built from First Principles
Nowhere Average Jets was founded by Simon Osuji with a specific thesis — that African UHNW clients, corporate executives, and family offices deserve access to private aviation brokerage at the same standard as their counterparts in London, Dubai, and New York, but with a broker who genuinely understands the African market.
The African private aviation market is underserved not because demand is absent, but because most brokers approach African routes with European or American market assumptions. Permit lead times in Lagos are different from Zurich. Operator networks in East Africa are structured differently from those in the Gulf. The specific friction points on a Lagos to London route — NCAA permits, fuel pricing at LOS, FBO selection at LCY — require specific knowledge, not generic brokerage practice.
NAJ was built to close that gap. Operating across West Africa, East Africa, Southern Africa, and the Gulf corridor, NAJ sources from an operator network built specifically for African routing requirements and prices every quote with the transparency that high-ticket transactions demand.
What Every Client Can Expect
2-Hour Quote Turnaround
Every charter enquiry receives a confirmed quote with full cost breakdown within 2 hours during business hours. WhatsApp enquiries to +234 904 212 7614 receive the fastest response. No quote is sent without a named operator, aircraft type, and full cost itemisation.
ARGUS-Certified Operators Only
NAJ does not source aircraft from uncertified operators regardless of price. Every operator in our network holds ARGUS, Wyvern, or equivalent independent safety certification. We provide operator certification details in every confirmed quote on request.
Full Permit Management
All overflight permits, landing permits, and regulatory filings are managed by NAJ as part of every booking. Clients do not interact with NCAA, SACAA, KCAA, or any other African aviation authority directly. We handle the full regulatory process end to end.
No Conflict of Interest
NAJ is a pure brokerage — we do not own aircraft. Our advisory fee is disclosed in every quote. We have no financial incentive to recommend one operator over another beyond finding the best aircraft for each specific client requirement. The recommendation is always based on fit, not operator relationship.
